1. About Pandu Health
Pandu Health provides health guides and a directory of healthcare providers for travellers in Bali. It is operated by the person identified in the Legal Notice.
Access is currently limited to invited testers. The website is free to use. Content and features are still being developed, and parts of the service may be unavailable or change during testing.
2. Health information
The guides provide general health information. Discuss your symptoms and treatment options with a qualified healthcare professional. Pandu Health does not provide individual medical consultations, diagnoses, prescriptions or treatment. Read the Medical Disclaimer for further information.
For a medical emergency, call 112. If you cannot get through, seek immediate help to contact an ambulance or a hospital emergency department.
3. Provider information
The directory draws on public information and published reviews. It covers a selection of providers, and details may change. Confirm services, availability and charges directly with the provider.
Pandu Picks are editorial selections based on the information reviewed by Pandu. Providers do not pay for this designation. A selection does not establish that a provider is suitable for your individual medical needs or guarantee the care you will receive.
Appointments, treatment, charges and payment arrangements are agreed directly between you and the provider. The provider is responsible for the healthcare services it delivers. To request a correction to a listing, contact hello@panduhealth.com.
4. Using the website
You may use the website for your own information and share links to its pages. Keep your beta invitation link private. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the website or try to access information you are not authorised to view. Commercial republication of the guides or substantial parts of the directory requires permission, except where permitted by law.
5. Feedback and personal information
Feedback helps us correct errors and improve the website. Send information relevant to your message and that you are entitled to share. The form is not monitored as an emergency service, and we do not provide individual medical advice through it.
The Privacy Policy explains how we handle feedback, email subscriptions and other personal information. The Cookie Policy explains cookies and browser storage. User accounts are disabled during this beta.
6. Liability
Liability for loss caused by ordinary negligence is excluded, except where an essential contractual obligation is breached. An essential obligation is one necessary for the agreement to operate and on which you can ordinarily rely. In that case, liability is limited to foreseeable loss typical of the agreement.
These exclusions and limits do not apply to intent, gross negligence, negligently caused injury to life, body or health, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. The same exclusions and limits apply to our representatives and anyone acting on our behalf.
7. Updates and applicable law
We may update these terms as the beta develops. The date above identifies the current version. Changes to an existing agreement will follow the applicable legal requirements.
German law applies. You retain the protection of any mandatory consumer laws that apply in the country where you habitually live. Mandatory rules on which courts may hear a dispute remain unaffected.
